Frequently Asked Questions

Click our ‘Set up a Meet & Greet’ button and provide some basic information about your pet(s) and the services you are interested in.
Absolutely! We pride ourselves on being as flexible as possible and will do our best to work with your schedule, even if it changes week to week.
We will contact you within 48 hours to schedule a Meet & Greet so that we can all get to know each other. If you are requesting daycare or boarding, we will invite you to our home to meet our dogs and scope out the accommodations. If you are requesting dog walking or drop-in care for dogs or cats, we will come to your home for this initial meeting.
Walks are based on time, not distance, so we can go at your dog’s pace. A standard walk is 30 minutes. Longer walks can be requested for an additional fee but availability depends on scheduling.
We do not do any pack walking. We only walk dogs from one household at a time to ensure they have our full attention and there are no unwanted interactions with other dogs. Dogs who come to our home for daycare or overnight boarding may get walked with our own two dogs.
Some owners leave a door unlocked for us, some provide us a key, and others provide a code to an automatic door lock or separate lock box. We are happy to work with whatever you are comfortable with.
Yes! You will get a text or email shortly after every visit that includes pictures and any other information you’d like to have about how things went.
We are committed to a calm, laid back, in-home experience. Thus, we have an extremely limited number of spaces for such services as we can accommodate only two dogs at a time, in addition to our own two dogs.
This is a service for those with highly energetic dogs that are used to running with you. Please see our Services page for more details.
We can accept Zelle, Venmo, PayPal, cash, or check.
Because we are welcoming dogs into our own home, we unfortunately cannot accept any dog guests with a history of reactivity or aggression towards other dogs or cats.
Safety is our absolute priority, both for your dog and others in the neighborhood. Thus, we cannot walk dogs off leash, even if they are used to it.
We understand that schedules can often change at the last minute so we do not charge a fee for occasional cancellations. However, we ask that you let us know as soon as possible about any changes and we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee for repeated last-minute cancellations.
